Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast meat
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins
  • 1-2 Tbs. taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • 1-2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 Tbs. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. regular mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 c. black olives, finely chopped
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. Aleppo pepper

Step 1

In large bowl, mix taco seasoning with water. Chop chicken into small bits & add to bowl. Stir well, cover & refrigerate until won ton cups are made. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 mini muffin pans (recipe makes about 36 baskets.) Gently press each won ton skin into muffin cup. Bake skins 5-6 min. or until lightly browned. Make sure edges are open after removing from oven. Remove to cookie sheet & repeat process until all skins are baked. In fry pan, heat 1 Tbs. oil & cook chicken 6-8 min. Whisk ranch dressing, buttermilk & mayonnaise together until smooth. combine chicken, pepper, black olives, cheeses & dressing. Fill each won ton with 1 rounded tsp. of mixture. Bake another 4-5 min. or until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with Aleppo pepper. Serve warm.
