Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 4 TBS fresh Lime Juice or Vinegar
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 2 TBS fresh Parsley or Cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- MEAT AND VEGETABLES:
- 10 Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 pound beef Tenderloin
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 6-8 Lg Button Mushrooms
- 6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Green Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut Beef into chunks. Marinate 1-2 hours. Add shrimp for last 10-15 minutes.
Cut veggies into pieces, put into small bowl add alive oil, salt and pepper. Mix to coat.
Assemble skewers. Grill 5-6 minutes each side. Let rest off gripp for 2-3 minutes before serving.
