Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold half-and-half, light cream or milk
  • 1 pkg.(4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/3 cups Cool whip, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups
  • 1 chocolate crumb pie crust (use frozen Café Pie recipe)

Step 1

Prepare chocolate cookie crumb crust. Press into pie plate and freeze.

Meanwhile, pour half and half into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and chopped candies. Spoon into frozen crust. Return to freezer and freeze til firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
