  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Step 1


Mix all ingredients together. Bake in quiche dish @ 400 degrees for about 30 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm with crackers.
