Ingredients

  • 3 c almond flour
  • 1 c hot water
  • 2 T a.c.vinegar
  • 1/4 c arrowroot flour
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t onion pwder
  • 1 t garlic pwder
  • 1 t ea salt and pepper
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine two cups of almond flour, hot water and the ACV. Fold the ingredients using a wooder spoon. Add the baking pwder, onion, garlic, salt ,pepper and rosemary. Fold all of the ingredients together.

In a separate bowl whisk together the egg yolks and add them to the dough. Add remaining cup of almond flour and arrowroot flout. Stir to combine the ingredients.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff. Carefully fold the egg whites into the dough. Drop 1/4 c batter onto a parchment-lined sheet smoothing out the dough into the shape of a bun. Repeast w/remaining dough. Sprinkle w/sesame seeds and bake 20-25 min.
