Ingredients
- 1 &1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. copped fresh chives

Step 1
Bring heavy cream to boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook @ a low boil, stirring occasionally, until mixture becomes thick & creamy, about 20 min. Remove pan from heat, add rest of ingredients & whisk rapidly until cheese melts. Use over steak or burgers.
