Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Medium Onion,
- chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- minced
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 14.1 /2 oz Can Chicken Broth
- [28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- NO SALT]
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- [1 LB (3 cups) Cooked,
- Cubed Turkey Breast]
- 15 oz Can Drained Pinto
- Beans
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, cook onions 5 minutes.
Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Stir
in cumin, chili powder, oregano
and cinnamon. Add chicken broth,
tomatoes & tomato paste. Simmer
partially cover 30 minutes until
slightly thicken. Add turkey and
beans. More broth if needed.
Simmer 30 minutes more,
stir occasionally. salt & pepper.
