I also make this chili with venison and sausage.
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 1/2 cups Pasta Sauce
- 1 (8 oz) jar salsa
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can Rotel
- Cayenne, oregano, basil, brown sugar
- to taste
Brown beef and onion cooking until onions soft and beef cooked. Drain grease.
Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for at least an hour.
Serve on the side: corn chips, cheese, sour cream or corn bread
