Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) butter or margarine
- 1 cup (250ml) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (125ml) brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7ml) vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups (575ml) flour or 1 cup white, 1 cup brown 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (2 cups) chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and sugars together until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful on to lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350F for 6-8 minutes.
