Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salt, garlic, pepper and parley flakes (to taste)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees

boil pasta (one box; my mom uses penne or rigatoni, but you can use whatever shape you like) (a bit more than al dente; should be pretty soft)
drain pasta and put in a big pyrex

Put 1 stick of butter in a pan, over med/high heat
add salt to taste (about a teaspoon)
add a little garlic, pepper, parsley flakes

melt butter & spices

add one can of evaporated milk (or whole milk, whichever you prefer; the evaporated milk makes it creamier)
when milk gets hot (don't let it boil, however), add one cup of parmesan cheese

pour mixture over pasta in pyrex

bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes
top should be nice & brown
