Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Corn starch
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 1/2 " pc Ginger, fresh
- 1 bunch Watercress
- 1 pkg Bean sprouts
- 1 pkg Sugar snap peas
- 3 Chicken breasts, boneless

Preparation
Step 1
Mix spices, crush garlic and ginger. Cut chicken into thin strips, about 1/8" thick or so. Pour mixture over slices chicken, 30 minutes. Saute chicken unitl almost done; add peas, sprouts and watercress. Serve over sticky rice.
