Baked Beans with apples and sausage

*use anywhere between 1/2 to full can of apples - depending how sweet you want it recipe from Misti in Texas

Ingredients

• 2 ) 16 oz cans of pork and beans
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 lb jimmy dean maple or regular sausage
• 1 can apple pie filling, cut up the apple slices a bit*
• 1 medium onion
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbs worstershire sauce
• 2 tbs mustard

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 325
Brown sausage, onions and bell pepper
when done with sausage put in a casserole dish with all other ingredients and bake for 1 hour on 325.
