Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp green pepper
  • 2 tbsp pimento
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste
  • American cheese slices

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese.
Put half of mixture into buttered loaf pan. Put a layer of cheese on top and then top cheese with other half of meat mixture.
Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 10-20 minutes or until browned.
