Ingredients
- For dressing:
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- For Salad:
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce, cold
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 bacon slices cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup salad crouton (Caesar)

Step 1
For Dressing: Put into jar with lid secured for shaking and chill; will stay good for 3 days.
For salad: Mix and toss salad ingredients. Shake dressing and pour over salad and serve with croutons, if you like. You could also cut up a cooked chicken breast, cut in slivers and mix in with the salad.
