Ingredients
- 1 lb penne or zita pasta
- 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 c vodka
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can (28oz) whole tomatoes, drained with juice reserved
- 4 oz prosciutto ham, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute prosciutto, garlic & red pepper flakes in oil until garlic is golden, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, 1/4 c reserved juice, cream, vodka, parsley, basil & salt. Over medium heat bring to boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring to break up tomatoes. Drain pasta,; toss with sauce & cheese.
