Skinny Pizza Bites
By srumbel
There is something so fun about eating a mini pizza, especially one that you can enjoy guilt-free. And, these bite size, deep dish pizzas are skinny and delicious!!! Starting with refrigerated dough makes it so easy. Each has 80 calories, 3 grams of fat and 2 Weight Watchers Points Plus. Terrific to serve while watching football or other sports. I also like to serve them for dinner with a salad. The leftovers freeze great. They’ll be gobbled up in minutes.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat well a (12-cup) regular muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. Open the package of biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to create 2 thin biscuits. Roll each piece out a bit or flatten in the palm of your hand to form a larger, thin circle (to create a small pizza dough). You should have 20 flatten pieces of pizza dough. Line each muffin cup with pizza dough. The dough will only go up the sides to a little higher than 1/2 the muffin cup. Add ½ tablespoon of pizza sauce to each. Add a little chopped ham to each, about 4-6 little pieces. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of cheese over the ham pieces.
3. Put muffin tin in oven and bake about 14 minutes, until golden brown. Using a spoon, remove them from the pan and serve immediately.
4. Repeat steps with remaining dough. There should be 8 pizza bites in this muffin tin..
