Ingredients

  • Pork Sliders
  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 1/2 T salt
  • 1/2 T pepper
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1/2 T oregano
  • 1 T fennel seeds
  • 2 t paprika
  • Veggie Sliders
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 med sweet potato (white)
  • 1/4 med onion
  • 2 small zucchini squash
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1/2 c arrowroot flour
  • 1 T coconut aminos (paleo friendly soy sauce replacement)
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper

Step 1

For the pork sliders, preheat your oven to 350. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix meat w/ your hands until it is evenly seasoned. Place 3 oz sliders on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 min.

For the veggie sliders, preheat oven to 375. Using the shredder blade from a food processor or a box grater, grate the carrots, onion and sweet potato. Place in a large mixing bowl. Then, grate the zucchini, and using a clean dish towel and wring out any excess water from the shredded zucchini.

Add the zucchini to the mixing bowl, as well as the whisked egg, arrowroot flour, coconut aminos, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients using your hands and form the veggie meat into small patties (about the size of your palm). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake them for 35 min or until crispy on the outside and set on the inside.
