Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. Hershey’s cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Hershey’s semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract vanilla ice cream
  • Topping: Hershey’s chocolate shoppe topping

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8-inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl, beat eggs. Blend in sugar and butter. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt, add to egg mixture beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not test done in center). Cool completely, cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream top with Hershey’s chocolate shoppe topping.
