Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 3 c. (1 /12 12-oz. packages) Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14-oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese softened
- 1 c. chopped nuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil. Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press firmly on bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes and allow to cool. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt Hershey’s chocolate chips with condensed milk and vanilla until well blended. Remove from heat, stir in nuts. Spread over prepared crust. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge from pan onto cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
