Flavored Fish Sauce
By norsegal8
On its own, fish sauce is an assertive condiment. But blended with water, sugar and an acidic element, it becomes a mellow dipping sauce, despite the additions of chiles and garlic. This sauce is frequently served alongside fried items and is also used as a salad dressing.
