Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) Parkay spread sticks
  • 1 cup each granulated and firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) package Baker’s milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat Parkay spread sticks, sugars and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Blend in eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.

Stir in chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets. Bake l0 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes remove from cookie sheets onto wire racks.
