Ingredients
- 3-4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Bodacious Olive Hojiblanca Olive Oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup 18 Year Traditional Balsamic
- 1 tsp Bodacious Olive Black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut boneless skinless chicken breast into cubes. Brown chicken in skillet with 1 tbsp Hojiblanca Olive Oil. Season with Bodacious Garlic Blend and black pepper. Cook over medium high heat until all chicken is done. Reduce heat to medium low then pour 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup 18 Year Traditional Balsamic over cooked chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes until flavors blend and serve over pasta, rice, or potatoes.
