- 1 large ripe banana
- 4-6 large dates, pitted and soaked for at least 30 minutes (this helps them blend better!)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 TBS molasses
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
