M&M Cookies

A delicious cookie that is a little bit crisp on the outside but chewy on the inside. Change up the M&M's for each holiday.

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter-softened
• 1 cup brown sugar-packed
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1- 12.60 oz. package M&M's candies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugars together, add vanilla and eggs and mix together.
Sift flour, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture. Stir together till combined.
Add M&M's and gently mix in. Drop by spoonful (or use small scoop) onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 10-14 minutes just until lightly browned. Do not over bake. Remove to a cooling rack. Keep in airtight container.
