Port Wine Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheers, softened
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
- 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp port
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted, and chopped fine

Preparation
Step 1
Process cream cheese, blue cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, port and garlic in food processor until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Transfer cheese mixture to center of large sheet of plastic wrap. Holding corners of plastic in your hand, twist cheese mixture with your other hand to shape into rough ball. Refrigerate wrapped cheese mixture until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 2 days.
When ready to serve, reshape cheese mixture into a ball, unwrap, and roll in pecans to coat. Let sit at room temperature to soften slightly, about 15 minutes, before serving.
