Spicy Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- These flavors work well together with a surprise ingredient - cinnamon!
- Potatoes can be pre-cooked in microwave or placed in a pot of water and cooked until fork tender. If you don't pre-cook the potatoes they will be slightly drier in texture but will also crisp up on the outside nicer! Your choice!
- 4 4 8) medium sweet potatoes (will serve 8)
- 1 1 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp chipotle powder (cayenne will work as well)
- 2 2 2 Tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C olive oil

Preheat Memphis Grill to 400º-450º. Slice potatoes into three-sided wedges. Mix together salt, spices and apple cider vinegar. Add oil in a slow stream. Toss mixture with potatoes. If potatoes are pre-cooked they'll only need to be on the grill a few minutes. For uncooked wedges, it wiil take 20 minutes or more depending on the thickness of the wedge.
