Quick and Easy Chocolate Pudding Cake
- 1 box of Jello Cook and Serve Chocolate Pudding
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 box of Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix (not the one with the pudding)
- 1 cup of Nestle's Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Confectioner's Sugar (optional)
Mix chocolate pudding mix with milk and cook according to directions. Allow the pudding to cool slightly. Pour the pudding into the DRY Devil's Food Cake Mix. Blend the two ingredients, it will look sticky. Add the mini-chocolate chips and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until cake is done, springs back to touch or clean toothpick test. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes. (Optional) Sift a light coating of confectioner's sugar over the top. Serve warm, or cool. Great with vanilla ice cream.
