Ingredients
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 med. green pepper chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic, untrained
- 1 6 oz. can tomato past1 med onion
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tblsp. Cold water

Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine green peppers, tomatoes, paste, onion, broth, wine, garlic, salt and pepper, pour over chicken. Cook, covered on low 8-10 hours until chicken is tender.
In small bowl mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually stir into slow cooker. Cook covered on high for 30 min. Or until sauce is thickened.
