Ingredients
- 3 Cups Broccoli slaw
- (You may chop/shred your own broccoli if the
- broccoli slaw is not available)
- 1 Cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 Large red or green apple diced
- 1/2 Cup Raisins or Craisins
- (Craisins are dried cranberries)
- 1/2 Cup seedless grapes (red or green) (halves)
- 1/2 Cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 Cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. skim milk
- 1 Tsp. honey
- 1 Tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 c celery seed (optional)
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix broccoli slaw, chicken,
fruits & nuts. In another small bowl mix mayo,
milk, honey, lemon juice, salt, and celery seed,
then pour over broccoli mixture and toss until
blended. Serve it chilled.
