  • 3 Cups Broccoli slaw
  • (You may chop/shred your own broccoli if the
  • broccoli slaw is not available)
  • 1 Cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 Large red or green apple diced
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins or Craisins
  • (Craisins are dried cranberries)
  • 1/2 Cup seedless grapes (red or green) (halves)
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 Cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. skim milk
  • 1 Tsp. honey
  • 1 Tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 c celery seed (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix broccoli slaw, chicken,
fruits & nuts. In another small bowl mix mayo,
milk, honey, lemon juice, salt, and celery seed,
then pour over broccoli mixture and toss until
blended. Serve it chilled.
