Ingredients

  • 2 -3 oz pkg cherry jello
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1/2 cup mini-marshmellows
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 - 3 oz. pkg blue jello

Preparation

Step 1

1. In bowl, dissolve (blue or cherry) jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Stir. Pour in 9x13 pan. Refrigerate and set for 1 hour.
2. In bowl, dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stire in marshmellows until melted. Cool 20 min.
3. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Gradually beat in lemon jello. Stir in pineapple. Carefully spoon over 1st layer. Chill for one hour.
4. In bowl, dissolve (blue or cherry) jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Stir. Carefully spoon over 2nd layer.
