Ingredients
- vanilla glaze:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tablespoons water

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Generously grease and flour a 9 x 13" baking dish. Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter; reserve.
Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Pour 1/2 the batter (about 2 1/3 cups) into pan; sprinkle with 1/2 the reserved crumb mixture. Spread remaining batter evenly over crumb mixture; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Cool.
Meanwhile, make glaze with powdered sugar and water as needed. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
