  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli, frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion until soft and opaque. Add broccoli and continue cooking until soft.
