Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 t. Ground mustard
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed white bread
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, mustard, and salt until combined. Stir in sausage, bread cubes, and cheese. Pour into a greased 13 x9 inch greased pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 350.
