• 1 box of red velvet cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, eggs, vanilla and vegetable oil until it forms into dough. Fold in chocolate chips. Form dough into approx 1-2 balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.

Makes approx 20-24 cookies depending on size.
