  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 t. hot cayenne pepper
  • Paprika to taste



Step 1

Grind cheeses and pecans through a food grinder. Mix in cayenne pepper into ground mixture with hands. Roll into two logs and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
