Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 2 Tbs finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain. Combine macaroni, cheese, peas, celery, carrots and onion. Blend mayo, milk, salt, parsley, sugar and pepper. Stir in vinegar. Add to macaroni mixture, mix well. Cover and chill. Stir gently before serving. Garnish as desired.
