Ingredients
- 1 large egg, fork-beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
- 14 oz canned pineapple tidbits, with juice
- 1/3 C white vinegar
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon owder
- 1/3 C brown sugar, packed
- 1 medium green pepepr, diced into 3/4" pieces
- 1/3 C chopped green onion
- 2/3 C water
- 3 T cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 5 ingredients in bowl. Stir well.
Add ground chicken. Mix. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Arranbe on broiler tray. Broil, turning once, until browned. This will take about 4 to 5 miutes per side. Place meatballs in 3 1/2 L slow cooker.
Combine next 8 ingredients in saucepan.
Mix water and cornstarch in small cup. Add to saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling and thickened. Pour over meatballs. Cover. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on High 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
