Ingredients
- 2 lbs. carrots, cut into thin coins
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- Dash powdered ginger
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients, dissolving the flour in water before adding.
Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes and use the fast release method. Keep cooking on Sauté to boil off the excess liquid and render it syrupy.
