Creamy Shell and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 package medium shells
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (12 oz) tuna, packed in water, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

Step 1
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta shells, return to boil and cook for 6 minutes. Add frozen peas to pasta; return water to a roaring boil and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until pasta is cooked; drain. Rinse under cold water, drain. Set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta, peas, tuna, and onion to mixture. Toss gently. Refrigerate until serving.
To refresh salad before serving, add 1-2 Tbs milk, toss gently and serve.
