- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
In mixer, mix butter and flour until the butter is thoroughly incorporated. Add water and salt, mix until incorporated. Pat down 1/2 inch thick on to wax paper and refrigerate at least 2 hours, before rolling out.
