Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, well drained
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 oz. onion, chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a large glass pie plate.
Put broccoli, onion and cheese in the bottom of the plate.
Beat eggs, then whisk in cream, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the cheese. Bake 35-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Can be frozen.
