- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Combine ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper in small bowl. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate sauce for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
