Pablo's Green Chili

Ingredients
- 1-5 # pork butt (2 1/2-3#)
- 2-2 1/2 size green chili (7 cups)
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2-15 oz cans Hunts tomato sauce/garlic or mexican etc.
- 2-15 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbs from a can of jalapeno (1/2 can max)
- 3 large onions, diced
- 8 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 packages pork gravy mix
- salt and pepper to taste (1Tbs salt/2 Tsp pepper)
- 1 1/2 cups water, as needed

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic; add celery soup and blend. Add tomato sauces, green chilis, jalapeno, pork gravy mix; blend.
Take fat off pork and dice; brown meat and put in stew.
Simmer for several hours.
