Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 ounces fish(halibut, red snapper, or, cod), cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cooked, drained linguine noodles

Step 1
In medium saucepan, saute onion, parsley, and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, wine, basil, and oregano. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Season with salt and pepper and serve over linguine.
