  • 2 sticks butter (not margarine)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tsp lemon extract
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Grease two loaf pans. Fill and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes then turn out.

Serve with berries and whipped cream
