• 1 cup flour (sifted)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil to about 350 . I use a regular fry pan and oil like if I was making french fries.Put the batter into a funnel holding your finger over the opening.Make sure your bowl is close so you can put the funnel in it. Once over hot oil move finger and make like a sprial. It cooks quickly dust with powdered sugar .
