This recipe makes a lot. What I usually do is make everything from the tomatillos down and then add ranch dressing from the bottle to taste rather than hassle with the packet. This also allows me to add a lot less ranch so I have less and it has a more cilantro-y flavor.more
buttermilk ranch dressing packet - make as per recipe
tomatillos - tomato like vegetable with a husk around them
Juice of 1 lime
jalapeno - Use the seeds too if you like it spicy. You could substitute a few drops of green tobasco for the jalapeno
Use a food processor to blend all the ingredients well. Refrigerate.
