Cafe Rio Dressing

This recipe makes a lot. What I usually do is make everything from the tomatillos down and then add ranch dressing from the bottle to taste rather than hassle with the packet. This also allows me to add a lot less ranch so I have less and it has a more cilantro-y flavor.
