  • 1 cup low fat plain yogurt (Greek is fine)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg (optional)
