Ingredients
- Mustard Marinade/Glaze
- 2 T spice brown mustard
- 1/2 c fig balsamic vinegar (or any balsamic will do)
- Pork Loin
- 5 lb pork loin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C honeycrisp applesauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place pork in a large baking dish, fat side up. Sprinkle generously w/salt and pepper. Baste w/marinade. Bake for 35 min per pound at 350.
After 45 min baste the pork with the marinade and pour 2 c of applesauce over it. If it starts to burn, tent the pork with foil. Continue to bake until reaches 170F. Slice and serve w/applesauce.
