Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 2 qt casserole. Spoon in 3 c frozen shredded hash browns. The add 3/4 c shredded cheese and 1 c diced cooked ham. Then mix 4 eggs, 12 oz can evaporated milk and salt and pepper. Then pour on top and bake for 40-45 minutes. WE TRIED THIS 12/1 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD BUT TOOK AT LEAST ANOTHER HALF HOUR TO COOK, BUT IT WAS REALLY GOOD
